IBM Hursley Club

In response to members feedback, the Club's Bar Committee are pleased to announce the return of the Special's Board.

The Board will feature a few specials that are available for the current session but will not include more regular items, such as Steaks and Fish medleys, that can be found in the Bar Menus.

Help the Club without being on the Management Committee by volunteering to do one of the unpaid "Jobs" advertised on the Web page or sending us ideas via the Comment forms or Forums.

Join any of the Club's subsections, such as this week's featured subsection, Keep Fit.

Enjoy a day at the Races at the Ascot Family Day on September 26th by purchasing tickets at the Club Office

For 2010 IBM Hursley Club Members can purchase advance Paulton's Park Tickets from the Club Office for £15.00 which is a saving of £3.50 on the gate price of £18.50.

You can purchase one £15 ticket per member at any one time, once the ticket is used you can come back and by another ticket, and so on..
Non Members can purchase tickets from the Club Office in advance for £16.50.

Purchase discount tickets for Paulton's Park from the Club Office.

Order Lunchtime Baguettes or Sandwiches for collection from the Bar.

Book the Club Facilities for private parties including Children parties.

Sign in up to four guests to use the Club Bar at any one time.

Purchase tickets for the Bristol Coach Trip on the 31st July from the Club Office.

A big thank you to Sam Sultana and all the others that made yesterdays event such a success. Was great to see so many people cheering on England and taking some time away from work to do so. We hope you enjoyed our England themed beers but don't forget that the beer festival runs to the end of the week so get the beers while you can.

 As with other recent posts Si Maple has now added the report for the Bar and Catering side of the club. The final facilities report will follow shortly.

Come and meet the Hursley subsections in the canteen during Tues lunchtime. Find out what they do, when they meet and details on joining. Some of the Ents committee will also be there with membership forms, will answer any questions and welcome any suggestions....

Following on from the Committee and Chairman reports which have already been published on this website, please be advised that the March 2010 Audited Accounts are now available. Update - the accounts are now available online. 

We hope this will allow everyone time to review the Accounts before the AGM on Friday 18th June. If you have any questions please feel free to direct them to the Committee.
