More things a Club member can do
Help the Club without being on the Management Committee by volunteering to do one of the unpaid "Jobs" advertised on the Web page or sending us ideas via the Comment forms or Forums.
Join any of the Club's subsections, such as this week's featured subsection, Keep Fit.
Enjoy a day at the Races at the Ascot Family Day on September 26th by purchasing tickets at the Club Office
I am aiming to take some more active action than some of the retiree members currently on the club committee. I firmly believe that retiree members should not be on the committee but if they want to be involved then do things outside of the committee.
Currently I am looking to form a team to re-furb the decking furniture after the gross negligent behaviour shown in the past two years or more.
So any volunteers leave your email address behind the bar if you have a free wednesday around 2nd 3rd week in September. I have a team of three already but the more the merrier, and I will email you back with details.
