The IBM Hursley Club will be holding its Annual General Meeting on Friday 26 June at 1pm in the Jim Hayes Hall.

Vacancies will exist on the Management Committee, so we would welcome nominations from members wishing to stand for election. If you are interested in helping to shape the future of the club, then we would be very happy to hear from you.

Those elected to the Committee can be involved in the management of the bar and catering function, in entertainments and trips, publicity, finance, and facilities and logistics. The Club’s staff are employed by the Management Committee.

Items of business for consideration must be submitted in writing to the Club Secretary, MP 143, by 9am on Friday 19 June.

Committee Nomination Forms can be obtained from the Clubhouse, and should also be submitted to the Club Secretary by 9am on Friday 19 June.

Club Personality of the Year
Nominations are invited from individual club members and/or subsections for the “Club Person of the Year 08/09”. Candidates may be those who have worked selflessly in pursuit of their particular interest or been at the forefront of club activities as a whole.
