What tools would subsections make use of on the web?

Hopefully you will notice a change in the tools and services that the club offers its members and its subsections over the web. This is all to try and help keep in touch with members and subsections, as well as for subsections to keep in touch with its members!

As part of this, the club needs to ensure that its offering things that its members and subsections would actually use.
