The minutes of the last AGM were accepted after some discussion of points arising:
Sally Whittingham will ask Site Facilities for noticeboards near the new D East changing rooms, for maps of running routes and possibly other running-related notices.
Tony Wickham asked if we could scan in maps to put on the website. Andy Howes raised the copyright issue.
Tony suggested that similar information could be put on noticeboards in the gym.
More details of the club interval sessions could be included on the web.

Noel O'Dowd (Chairman) commented that we had achieved our aims of generally ticking along as a club, with the main focus still being the RR10s.

Treasurer's report is attached below. The subscriptions for next year will stay at £2 for IBM Club members and £4 for guests. Sally asked if there had been any expenditure on the organisation of our RR10. There hadn't been because Noel had once again paid the (relatively) small amounts out of his own pocket.

ELECTION OF OFFICERS:

Chairman: Noel O'Dowd was proposed by Tony Wickham, seconded by Sally Whittingham and elected unanimously, unopposed.
Secretary: Alan Tulip was proposed by Sally Whittingham, seconded by Gary Whittingham and elected unanimously, unopposed.
Treasurer: Gary Whittingham was proposed by Alasdair Hunter, seconded by Alan Tulip and elected unanimously, unopposed.

AOB

Sally has complained to Site Facilities about the lack of drinking water at the new changing facilities in D East.
Andy reported that the rebuilding of the club house changing rooms was in progress.
There was a discussion about the application from Stubbington Green to enter the RR10 league. Alan and Noel reported that the problem was lack of space at some venues and that the application would unfortunately have to be rejected.
Alasdair said that he would ask Paul Wilmott about the pursuit runs he used to organise for the club, and report back on the possibility of organising one.
