Hursley Carol Service
Christmas will soon be upon us and our traditional celebrations in Hursley include the Carol Service. You and your family are welcome to attend.
Hursley Carol Service
This year’s Hursley Carol Service will be held in All Saints Church, Hursley, at 7pm on Thursday 17 December. The service will be for those who enjoy singing, with well-known carols to be sung by the congregation. It will be followed by entertainment, mulled wine and mince pies in the clubhouse.
Body Shop Winchester Discount Day
The Body Shop in Winchester is offering Hursley Club members up to 30% off of purchases on Thursday 26 November from 9.00 am until 8.00 pm. All you need to do is show your Membership card to obtain the discount.
Showcase Safari Winners
After a good turn out for the Showcase Safari, and a number of people visiting the Clubhouse's stand, I'd like to say :

Got an idea ? How about a suggestion? A comment or even a complaint ( we hope not but we know they happen ) ? Well did you know that you can use a form online to send comments directly to the people that need to know about them ? You do now! Christmas Prize Draw
The annual clubhouse Christmas draw will take place on Monday 21st December. Each ticket will cost 25p. Prizes will be purchased from the ticket money and will be in the region of £200-250.
Tickets can be purchased from the clubhouse bar or the club office as usual and are available now.

Additions to the Online lunchtime service
From Monday 9th November, the clubhouse is pleased to offer varieties of soup, rolls and danish pastries as part of the online order service. Such additions to our service are only possible due to the popularity of the service and feedback we get from our members. Please take a moment to provide us with your thoughts on our feedback site.
Bingo and Pool events at the clubhouse

Free Bingo! Why not have a go and see what all the fuss is about in this recently fashionable pastime! Entry is totally free, and there are over £100 worth of prizes to be won over the night! Don't know how to play? Don't worry, our resident bingo caller and bar steward Mike McDonnell will explain the rules before each game, so nobody will be left behind. Let us know in advance you wish to play (details below)

Christmas menu at the clubhouse
This year the clubhouse is opening up a four course Christmas menu to all IBM Hursley club members wanting to book their own event or wishing to join us for a Sunday lunch packed with great food and festive celebrations!
If you want to organise your own christmas lunch for your friends at work, or just the people in your team or department ;o) simply fill out a booking form with your numbers (10 or more) and preferred dates and times. (For more info on how to book, pls contact the club office)
If you would like to join our Clubhouse Christmas Party, we will also be holding a Christmas lunch event on Sunday 20th December. There will be two sittings, with full table service. The first at 12.00pm and the second at 3.00pm. Book your place via the club office at the clubhouse. Please let us know how many are in your party and which meal sitting you would like.

Singers Wanted! for Carol Service Choir
The Music Club Choir are looking for more singers for the Hursley Christmas Events this year. While the ability to read music would be helpful, it is not vital. The first rehearsal is on Monday the 2nd of November between 12.15 and 1.15 in the Osman room in the Clubhouse and as an added incentive, mince pies will be provided!
Subsequent rehearsals will take place at the same time every Monday until Christmas. The Carol Service is on Thursday the 17th of December this year.
